For Dyson, we developed a custom reflector system to blend warm and cool LEDs while avoiding multiple shadows, a common issue that can reduce visual comfort.

Responsible for LED selection, iterative optical simulations using LightTools, CAD modelling, prototyping, testing, and photometric and electrical system design. We also managed specification documentation and project timelines.

The final design achieved a single, soft shadow and, due to its performance and visual quality, was later reused in the Dyson Morph Light.
