For the Dyson light cycle, we developed a custom optical reflector. Optimised to blend warm and cool LEDs while avoiding multiple shadows, a common in poorly designed desk lighting.

Responsible for LED selection, iterative optical simulations, CAD modelling, prototyping, testing, and photometric and electrical system design. We also managed specification documentation and project timelines.

The final design achieved a single, soft shadow and, due to its performance and visual quality, was later reused in a second product, the Dyson Morph Light.
