For Dyson, we developed a custom reflector system to blend warm and cool LEDs while avoiding multiple shadows, a common issue that can reduce visual comfort.

Responsible for LED selection, iterative optical simulations using LightTools, CAD modelling, prototyping, testing, and photometric and electrical system design. I also managed specification documentation and project timelines.

The final design achieved a single, soft shadow and, due to its performance and visual quality, was later reused in the Dyson Morph Light.
